DB Ghost Packager Plus uses a database template to structure the new database build. This screen allows you to select a database which can be used as a template during the database creation process. The GUI allows the user to connect, using either Windows or SQL Server authentication mode, to a remote server from which the applicable database can be selected.

When upgrading a target database Packager Plus enables you to add scripts that would be run on the target database before it is synchronised. This allows you to make changes to the target database for special conditions.

Similar to the above dialogue this step allows you to provide custom scripts which can be executed against the target database after the synch operation completes. This can be useful in situations where a further amendment needs to be made to the database which has not been included in the upgrade of the target database.

DB Ghost Packager Plus is now ready to commence the database build script.
