Just when you thought it couldn’t get any bigger, WebDU will now encompass an evenlarger spectrum of web technologies, ideas and future trends and developments. With a bevvy of top class international and Australian speakers on the agenda, the conference offers web developers, designers, managers and students with an interest in web technology the opportunity to get hands-on technical training, gain new skills, hear breaking news from the web industry, network with peers and industry leaders and ultimately become more successful developing and delivering web applications.

Guy Watson (aka ‘FlashGuru’), managing director of FlashGuru LTD, a Flash development consultancy company based in London. Guy has delivered presentations at various Flash industry events worldwide and has also won numerous industry awards for his work.
What else is hot?
LordAlex Leon (his real name!) will be giving an overview of Cairngorm, which has gained widespread adoption among Flex developers. This session will provide a general overview of Cairngorm for newcomers to Flex development, before diving into the new features and approaches that the Adobe Consulting team have added. Advanced topics will also be explored for the more experienced Flex developer such as how to leverage the capabilities of Flex Data Services within a Cairngorm architecture using a number of sample and real-world examples.
